A 35-year-old lady consulted us to transform her large, humped, asymmetrical, wide nose with large nostrils, which she found unappealing. For this thick-skinned nose, after removing the hump, the asymmetry of the nasal bridge and internal structure was corrected.
The nasal bridge and base were narrowed in accordance with anatomy and function. The tip of the nose was reshaped using the “no cut rhinoplasty” technique, specially designed for thick skin.
Despite the initial wide and elongated appearance of her nostrils, they naturally achieved an ideal size after the procedures, without the need for a separate narrowing technique. Our patient is of Azerbaijani origin.
