Our turkish patient came to us complaining specifically about having a harsh facial expression and looking older than her age. In our joint analysis, we decided that in addition to rhinoplasty, enhancing the chin with an implant and performing a lip lift surgery to shorten the nose-to-lip distance would help us achieve facial proportions closer to the ideal.
Without excessively raising the already not very low nasal tip, we corrected the nasal hump and reduced the high nasal bridge using a special technique. Along with the rhinoplasty, a scarless silicone implant was placed in the chin through the inside of the mouth, and a lip lift was performed. The result was a final outcome that made all of us happy.
