5 Years After Revision Rhinoplasty with Rib Cartilage

Our patient is a 29-year-old from Azerbaijan. Every surgical technique has its advantages and disadvantages. Our patient had previously undergone closed technique preservation rhinoplasty, but unfortunately, the nasal bridge had collapsed significantly. The excessive lowering of the nasal bridge not only gave the nose an overly long appearance but also caused breathing problems. The revision surgery we performed using the patient’s own rib cartilage made us very happy during the long-term follow-up.
