He was born in 1975 in Kardzhali. He completed his primary and secondary education at Saint Michel French High School. In 2001, he received the title of “Doctor of Medicine” at Kocaeli University and completed his specialty training in “ENT and Head and Neck Surgery” in 2008. After his specialization, he performed his compulsory service in Hakkari, Kocaeli and Muş-Varto. After completing his military service at the General Staff Special Medical Dispensary, he worked at Istanbul Hospital and Nişantaşı Hospitals in Istanbul. Since 2016, he has been serving in private practice.
